GEMS Student-Alumni Mentoring Kickoff Program

We are excited to invite you to attend the Student-Alumni Mentoring Kickoff Program on September 28, 2017. Participants will meet in the lobby/atrium of Steidle Building at 4:00 pm for a light reception followed by our Kickoff Program from 4:45-5:45pm in 401 Steidle Building. Dean Lee Kump will welcome mentors and students, we will share the program goals, and pairs will work through a goal setting exercise and worksheet to determine the frequency and type of interactions that will best fit their needs. If you are unable to attend this key introductory session, please respond immediately to Colleen Swetland ([email protected]) so other arrangements can be made to introduce you to your counterpart as this face-to-face session will form the basis of your mentor/protégé relationship. Immediately following this event, participants are encouraged to attend a light dinner reception followed by the 2017 GEMS Industry Forum, "Balancing Our Energy Future," in order to provide an additional networking opportunity and pair building activity.
